Automatic Soap Machine Introduction:
Automatic Soap Machine is used to produce laundry soap bar with fatty acid content (active content) from 40% to 80%. Material is soap noodle. Capacity is 100-200 kg/hr. The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer's requirements.
Automatic Soap Machine is a complete and fully automatic production line, including mixer, three roller grinder, single layer soap plodder, soap printing & cutting machine, 3 pcs of belts, 1 sets of controller, etc.
Automatic Soap Machine Working Flow:
1. Automatic Soap Machine take soap noodles as raw materials.
2. The production line first mixing soap noodles, spice, pigment and,etc.
2. Then the mixed soap noodles enters in the three roller mill by conveyor belt, then rolling the raw materials into sheets.
3. The soap thin sheet then converted into desired long strip soap by the plodder machine.
4. Then the long strip soap are cut into the soap bars required size by cutting machine.
5. Finally, the soap bars gets packed by packing machine if needed.
